Halo Zero (PC)

For what I'm guessing is a limited time, Halo Zero is available for download thanks to the French - uhh, developer Dobermann. Halo Zero is a fan-made 2D side-scrolling adventure featuring characters such as Le MC, as well as elites, grunts, and jackals that is set on the same planet as the official Halo novel "The Fall of Reach".

It's pretty cool, you can run, jump & duck while blasting away with typical Halo weaponry complete with limited ammunition, forcing you to pick up various guns along the way. Pretty cool download - worth a little bit of your time.

You can find the download on the official website, I think it has like 3 mirrors there as well. Oh...did I mention the entire thing is in French? Tech support for the Multiplayer feature may be a bitch if you can't get it to run, but even still - pretty fun little game.
